I BORROWED 200.00 FROM NHCASH ABOUT YEAR AND HALF AGO. I HAVE BEEN PAYING THEM OFF MONTHLY BUT YET MY AMOUNT THAT I OWE THEM IS STILL 200.OO YET I HAVE NOT MADE ANOTHER LOAN. AS LONG AS I HAVE BEEN PAYING THEM WHY IS MY LOAD STILL 200.00.

Sounds like you are only paying the interest due each month and none of the principal. The way to check is to read your contract to see how the payments are allocated. If you are only paying interest - the loan will never be paid off. It is the worst way to borrow money. Read your contract to find out the proper way to pay it off.
