first of all the only question she asked me was what kind of phone service i use. She never explained anything about a $29.95 fee but instead said that i would be charged $18.00 for a long distance service which turned out to be nothing more than a 10 10 number that does'nt work on my phone. Since that time I have not gotten one single call from her. But i'm sure i'll hear from her once they realize that i am disputing the $29.95 charge from NHCD and blocking them from further charges.

I am currently an employee, and your story doesn't make sense. First of all, the 1010 access code is a dual feature. The access code is necessary to have. When you dial 1010 the three digit code and the person's number of whom your calling, it reroutes the call back to HQ for monitoring purposes and reroutes the long distance charges. It sounds like you did not have a tradition phone line, which is required for the access code to work. It sounds as if possibly you have a digital phone line. Did the person that hired you qualify you, meaning determine your internet connection and type of phone line? Please respond to this question? When you hired, you are not processed for $18.95, but a SECURITY DEPOSIT(THAT MEANS YOU GET IT BACK), for $29.95. Did the person that hired you explain this?
