Don't worry Deedee. They're doing whatever they can to avoid paying people right now. They can't afford to. Getting ready to file bankruptcy maybe? It's not personal. If they bounced your payroll, inquire with the prosecuting attorney in your county. They'll have answers for you. As far as them patrolling these boards---who cares? The last time I checked, this was still America and we still have freedom of speech. They've been trying to get people to stop posting here for a long time. They're running scared. Don't let them screw with you. And as far as finding a job, check out those message boards someone else was talking about, apply for everything you're qualified for, and you'll find something soon.

Un fortunatly I have coem to realize tha id you get fired you do not get paid... I was fired for some lame excuse that we will not go into ...when I never recieved my pay check it wAs on excuse after another and then another ..now they are just flat out saying that i will not be issued my pay .. unfortunatly it is going to cost me money just for my Lawyer to send them the legal papers..THat is not counting if it goes to court.. I'M looking for a Lawyer that will take this case with all info and charge later ..With the info and what they have put me through I now I have a great case ,but I can not afford the money to do so.. So that is why NHCD does not give out you last pay..THey can not afford any more Lawsuits..Right now I'm unemployed no money and a child to take care of i can not put food on the table ..can not collect unemploymnet ..My daughters rabbit is sleeping on shredded paper becasue I can not afford $3 for bedding.. This is what these people are all about..Pay roll does not even return you call ..even if you leave 5 messages a day.. In this state it is illegal to write a ISF check.. Also is is illegal to not pay you for you time of work.. I have also found out that charge backs are illegal if you do not get paid by the hour.. The only thing i was able to do was to turn them into the labor baord and let them deal with it... I have gone a month and a half with out pay.. no income at all. They say that the big wiggs patrol this site and read what is posted ..but i would like o let everyone know that this company is dirt...They lie Steel Cheat you name it..GIve it mabey a few mopre months and they will be shut down.... I beleive if a person can not talk to you then they are hiding something..IF I told you how much money this company owes me you wouald not beleive me ..So I will not say.. ANyone thinnking of working for them DO NOT BEWARE..THOSE OF YOU THAT ARE YOU WILL SEE WHEN YOUR TIME COMES WHAT THIS COMPANY IS ALL ABOUT.. ANY ONE WITH SOME HELPFUL INFORMATION ..PLEASE TELL... I need a good work form home job...
