First off I want to thank RipOff report for giving victims the chance to expose people who have done wrong to others. Nicholas Upchurch has been using his realestate to lure innocent girls into his condos and try to seduce them. He mainly only attempts to rent to females to try to get sex or dates or whatever. I have a feeling the dating really wouldn't work for Nicholas he would give any female the creeps. My experience was an aweful one with Mr. Upchurch, I knew things were very strange with him as soon as I called on the property I was interested in and he began to go on some tangent on how he played college football and he was short etc etc.. i thought this guy is really strange but i had no idea until I actually went on location to meet Upchurch at his property. When I arrive at the condo on Meridian ave things were going fine the tour was quick because the condo was very small , but Upchurch seemed to try to get me to stay as long as possible and began talking about how much money he made and how he was a football player in Michigan , and i think he became upset when he realized I wasn't impressed because he was some benchwarmer at a college up North. He reminded me of an Al Bundy type except worse. Upchurch was a true pervert he began to tell me how he wanted to take me out and began getting closer and closer until I was backed into the corner of the kitchen in the condo. I had to physically push his back and basically run out the door I was so scared! I knew he would eventually be exposed for the pervert and preditor that he is. Nicholas Upchurch has an aweful reputation as a bottom feeder in Miami, a pervert and from what I have heard he has ripped off many people selling them properties that had major problems that were not disclosed. But Im hoping that he doesn't hurt any females, because he most def. had the potential to. Please be careful of NIcholas Upchurch if you decide to look at one of his real estate properties. Im still very upset over this entire situation, you never think about how much something like this can effect you until it happens to you. So women please be careful!!!

I have known Nicholas Upchurch for years, both in Michigan and in Miami. I talk with him on a regulas basis and find him to be interesting, intelligent, warm and professional. I personally know members of his family and they are also respected and admired people. I don't know what childish game you are playing...or why you use a "forum" to try and discredit a man of integrity. Sorry...maybe you haven't heard of that word before. Personally, I pitty you. Obviously you have nothing better to do than to do a poor version of making up lies. I have walked through properties with Mr. Upchurch and have found that he has excellent judgment on the pros and cons of every unit that we looked at, with complete honest and full disclosure. I understand how pride he takes in his business. It shows. I have referred many acquaintances and friends to him for his advise and expertise in real estate investing. I have only received wonderful comments raving about his love of his job and his professionalism. My suggestion to you...grow up! Go out and get a real job, get busy making your own money and quit taking pot-shots at others. Maybe you will be so busy with your own life, you won't have to do this as a past time!
