BIG RIPOFF!!  Very unprofessional promotion company and event organizers/planners.

One of their OWN workers jumped the boat during the cruise, cops came and ordered boat to stay stationed and music to be turned off until suspects were found. Suspects were never found because by the time the cops came, they were already on shore or near shore, making the search continue for over an hour and a half. We were all stranded. All our money spent on gas, parking ($20), booze, gone to waste. Noone was told what was going on NOR offered any voucher or refund upon exit of the boat.

The criminals were arrested and charged. I've heard everything from one, to two, to four people jumped the boat. I don't really care how many.

Apparently proceeds went to "four" companies, according to Nick. To my knowledge, two companies that were for sure hosts/planners of the event were NRG lifestyle entertainment and Z103.5 FM (cited more precisely above). Z1035 is sending people to NRG for refund, and NRG is sending people to z103 for refund, therefore noone will ever see refund.

The event was originally to last from 7pm - 12pm on Sunday July 28, 2013, however the music was out by approx. 9:30 pm.

This is not professional business. This was not a weekly club event, this was a special event, hence 4 companies involved. It's not the money, it's the principal and what's right/just. These organizations have made no effort to reimburse the few people who are probably interested in refund. I am tired of being ripped off by scammers like this, and I am so happy to finally bring the walls down on some of them in the Toronto area, thanks to Ripoffreport.com.

PS. NRG already has court cases in progress.... implications?

Stay away from doing business with these crooks or attending any of their events.

I believe in fairness and justice for the people who give companies like this business. Without us they are nothing, and when the time comes for us to be treated fairly they choose to RIP US OFF and make us feel unentitled/insignificant. Such big shots, yet so scared to put their money where their mouth is. Or maybe they're just so greedy that they can't give up something they shouldn't have?

The phone number provided is Nick's cell phone. Big big shot business man with a SMALL business attitude towards customer service. "Bro, relax, it's only $40." I am relaxed. That $40 is going to cost you much more now in business that you could have had. And I am relaxed because I know I'm right, and I know that in the end only justice prevails.

I am also very disappointed in Z103.5 because as "one of the biggest stations" in Toronto, their reps who were at the event including Tony Monaco should have, at the least, made an announcement upon our return and apologized on behalf of the crooked NRG promoters. Z103 will most likely never use NRG again, neither should anyone else!!
