I asked Elance for a refund, but their customer service is poor. aman619aggarwal is the worst of the worst scammer. He claims to be Expert in Databases and Server Administration I basically held his hand and gave him more than enough information, SQL with proper data, a some working query, and explicit instructions and he still dropped the ball on me. He kept sending me queries which were exactly not what I asked for, and after I told him this, he tried sending me random queries and asked me to "try them out". They didn't even return what I was looking for in the SQLFiddle much less my actual site. I would NOT recommend him, and frankly, I wouldn't recommend Elance either.aman619aggarwal just stole my money without providing the work!

Client is not aware about the funcioning of Freelance websites

The Client is using Freelancing services and he is not aware of their terms and condition. He post a job and after i completed my work he refuse to pay and left away. After 2 month he comes back and claim for a refund because now his requirement has been changed.
So he think he hire an employee for his lifetime in the price of a bread, athough the job is just creating a query which I already completed. He didn't reply for two months and didn't release any payment on my request.
According to all the freelancing website terms and conditions this is a fraud that you didn't reply for such a long time and ran away that's why Elance release funds to my account and close the job as complete.
He blames Elance and Odesk as poor service, now one can easily track these websites performance and records, these are one of the best websites for freelancers and clients.
Now showing his frustration here..
