Dr. Nicole Chitnis is a 58 year old Dr. that has a previously practiced in State of Washington. She is a QME and although she is a part of the Calif. Applicant's Attorney's Assoc. She wants to get business from everyone. In her world, she feels she is fair. Her fairness is herself. Dr. Chitnis is not a poor person. She charges $300 per hour and lives in Belvedere Tiburon (where the millionaires). This is all my opinion and I have the right to express it. I am not going to defame. She seems to be pro-adjuster. After all, When asked why he robbed banks,Willie Sutton simply replied, "Because that's where the money is." Worker's Compensation is a lot of money. If you fail to choose a good QME, you may end up with a defense lawyer calling the other applicants attorney soliciting the QME. The QME has marketed herself to the adjuster and the Defense attorney. Welcome to the QME world. In regards to Dr. Nicole Chitnis, every report will end with it took me 2 hours for this report (that's for the adjuster to see-$600 for a 10 minute letter.) Amazing. In my opinion, be careful and cautious.
