Nicole Cipro, Kenny Jones eBay Faud!!! Motorcycle Scam! Nicole Cipro Worchester Massachusetts
I found a 2006 GSXR 750 on craigslist. A woman, Nicole Cipro, claimed to have just divorced and is selling a bike she received through the divorce. The VIN # JS1GR7KA162105995 . Everything sounded legit.
I contacted her and told her i was interested in the bike. She replied that she preferred to do it though eBay for secure measures. I then received an e-mail from "eBay Motors" with payment information and all. I have never used eBay so didnt know what to expect. EVERYTHING in the e-mail seemed legit and looked secure. I was to send the money to a MoneyGram eBay Financing Agent named Kenny Jones. Once he received the money he would notify Nicole to ship me the bike and she would not receive the money until i confirmed i had the bike.
Once the money was sent the next day i received an email saying the transaction was locked and i needed to return to the MoneyGram office i went to to unlock it so the agent can receive the payment. I went and they comfirmed the transaction was received.
I got suspicious and began searching when i found a report on this site from another person claiming the same thing from the same person. I cant believe i too fell for this scam. I would like to contact the person who filed this original claim first to discuss some things because we both fell for the scam. Jimmah50, James; i feel your pain bro.
I am currently looking into legal action.
