If you are thinking about purchasing/leasing/renting a shelf corporation DO NOT use Nicole Devereaux of Omega Corporate Strategies. She has advertised her services on Craigslist and Backpage and has multiple webpages advertising how she can get you hundreds of thousands of dollars in lines of credit through her shelf corporations in a matter of weeks. Well, Months and Months later, I have no corporate lines of credit and I'm out thousands of dollars all while Nicole is looking for her next victim to scam. Don't be the next victim. Avoid her at all costs. If you have been scammed post your experience here so others don't fall for her scam in the future!

i to purchased 2 of nicole's aged shelf corps. i put 20k down on two aged corps and got the run around for months. the only difference was she used the name nicole deveroe(just spelled different). she totally changed my life for the worse and i'm really pissed off. people like her who scam off of other people trying to live their hopes and dreams and make a better life for themselves should be shot. i had pulled money out of savings and another investment i had so i could get these corps funded and have a lot more money to role into my investments and instead i have a lot of debt and no way to pay for it. i know people say don't gamble or invest money you don't have but almost every start up or new company has to use some form of credit to get going and if not they were born with a silver spoon in their mouth and they will always have money so its a different scenario. my heart goes out to the other gentlemen that got screwed over by here but keep going, there is honest corp builders out there.
