Nipun Ajmani, dba Hi-Tek Communications or Hi-Tech Communications of Berkeley, California, sold me an "OEM Motorola Carry Holster" for my Razr V3 phone for $17. I was willing to pay the extra for a genuine Motorola OEM (original equipment manufacturer) holster because of the superior quality to the cheap no-name knockoffs.
When the holster arrived, it was clearly NOT a Motorola product. There was no Motorola or "M" insignia on it; instead it was manufactured by a company called "A.G. Findings & Mfg. Co., Inc." I had paid $17 for a $3 knockoff:

Apparently I'm not the first one experiencing problems with Nipun Ajmani or his company. Someone who bought a cellular phone from Ajmani said the phone came up as stolen when they tried to activate it:

The customer did purchase a OEM Motorola holster and unfortunately it was out of stock. It was our mistake for not removing the Ebay listing. The customer was offered a choice, a full refund or aftermarket holster. They agreed to get the aftermarket holster and then were not happy with it once they received it. They wanted to return it for a full refund + their return shipping. We could not come to an agreement as the customer was not willing to compromise and be rude. The matter was left at that. Please check us out on Ebay, we have 99% positive feedback and have been doing business for 6 six years both online and retail. We strive for customer satisfaction and our customer feedback proves that our customer satisfaction rate is 99%. Sometimes things happen and we have to refund or replace items. This is the way business is online and we are flexible. However we will not simply lose money on a transaction because a customer is being unreasonable. Our retail store has an A rating for the last six years in the Better Business Bureau (BBB). We are a reputable business and a local favorite in Berkeley, Ca. Come visit us on 1008 University Avenue between 9th and 10th street. Open seven days a week.

This store, Hi-Tek Communications and the owner, Nipun Ajmani, in particular are an asset to the east bay when it comes to cell phones and PDAs. I am a loyal customer and have been since 2003. I have bought six phones from this place since 03 and every time they provide me with excellent service. Nipun goes out of his way to make sure everything from data transfering to music downloads is accurate. They have all the wireless companies in their store and their products / prices are great. I have stopped shopping for cellular phones at the corporate stores ever since I came to this independent establishment. Stop by here if you are near Berkeley and I'm sure you have never seen a cellular store with more variety and class. These people are super!!

I have been a loyal customer at Hi-Tek for 5 years. I have purchased T-mobile phones, Metro Pcs Phones, unlocked phones and accessories like bluetooth motorola , car chargers and pay my bill here. These guys are great. So knowledgable about every carrier and tech savvy. Great selection of phones. Love um.
