NITRO FOCUS NO3 SCAMMED ME OUT OF MY MONEY BY BILLING ME BEFORE THE FREE TRIAL ENDED Internet
This company lied to me and falsely represented themselves and their free 10 day trial. On April 17, 2013 i ordered the free trial for $4.97. On April 25th, 2013, the tenth day of my free trial at 0900 I called to cancel and they did cancel my subscription, however they refused to refund my money that they charged my account a day early. If you have 10 days to cancel, how can they charge you on the tenth day, that sounds more like a 9 day free trial. I argued with the guy and he said this pills had already been shipped and my card billed, so I could not due anything to stop it, hoever for a 35% restock fee i can send the pills back upon receipt. I wouldn't have this problem if they hadn't charged me early, and I sure wouldnt have to pay a restock fee. On a better note my credit card company said they will dispute the charge and try to get a refund.
