NMAC has reported me 30 days late for March 2009, 60 days late for May 2009, and 30 days late for June 2009 in error. I reported these errors to them each month and have received no assistance with removing these innaccuracies from my credit history. I have since been informed by NMAC that they possess two different contracts with my signature. On April 2, 2012 (approximately), I spoke with NMAC customer services department and consumer affairs to request a certified copy of both contracts be mailed to my physical address. I have not received either contract. They have updated the credit account status as closed.
