The E-Cig and Vapor Internet Market is huge and the companies that run them are pushing the legal term  CAVEAT EMPTOR(buyer beware) to a new meaning in and of itself.  Beware of all internet programs.  I have found out the hard way, spending nearly $500.00, that you probably won't be satisfied. The program you are about to hear about contributed to about $200.00 of the $500.00 I spent on the internet seeking a new way of smoking.  The other was a legit company.  I was just not impressed and it didn't meet or fit my needs.  At the end of this article I will give you some tips on my experience with ecigs/vapor to consider, if of course space allows.

The so called No Flame ECIG AKA "Trio Fifty One" and "No Burn" is a true rip off.  I had quit smoking for a long period and then started back up. For various health reasons I needed to quit.  I started to google ecig's/vapor's in terms of their health risk.  I stumble on a article from SmartStyleLiving.com.  The article talked about how safe ecig's where and even had a link to a video from the show The Doctors.

The video showed a panel of Doctor's that talked about how ecigs are a great way to stop smoking.  Dr. Travis Stork took the lead in the discussion.  In the article there is even a quote from the video, The Electronic Cigarette gives you nicotine, but it
doesn't give you any of the other 4,000 chemicals from a cigarette that can cause cancer, among other problems.. - Dr. Travis Stork from The Doctors

It's a good video but I don't think Dr Stork realizes that the company is using it as a platform for a rip off program.  The article and the web site advertises' a free trial offer and has a link to NO FLAME ECIG.com.  Needless to say there is the infamous "small print" that I didn't read mainly because I was so excited about the opportunity to quit yet still be able to get the sensation of smoking.  Besides it stated a Free Trial Offer.

The print essentially states that it is a free trial but in the "small print" it states that unless you notify them within 14 days you are automatically enrolled in their program. The initial charge is minor $4.99 your know the free trial.  The second on is huge $109.67.  In the second month there was another charge on my debit card $69.62. Mind you they don't even give you enough cartridges to last a true smoker maybe two weeks worth of nicotine.  For me the levels of nicotine were so weak I had to smoke a whole cartridge for just one regular cigarette.

The good news for me is that I bitched and bitched and now all I need to do is return the remaining cartridges and I will get a total refund.  It also took threats that I would establish a web site just to bash them and that I was willing to pay for it to get to the top on the list of sponsors if anyone ever googles ecigs or vapor products. Hey might be a little white lie but it worked.  They where deceptive with there promotion why shouldn't I be able to give them a dose of their own medicine? Incidently I used a past RipOff article to call the real number for Customer Service, 877-492-7243 and also sited that they gave a refund for this person but weren't going to give me one. If you have the same problems and are going to call them make sure you also get your cancellation confirmation number's before the call ends.

Here are some tips that I found useful in my quest for my vapor system. First find a local vapor/ecig shop.  Go there and get a feel about how they treat their customer's.  If you like them ask to try one.  Tell them you're beginner and are looking for just a basic system. I bought my first system for less then $75.00 and was very pleased. Explain to them what you like about smoking.  Do you like a big draw and need to see plenty of smoke?  Do you like the feeling of smoke going into you lungs?  Is it a hand to mouth thing?  I think you get my drift now?  Then ask if they have testing materials?  My shop does and it uses the same products it sells for beginners.  Be careful I was a pack a day Marlboro Light smoker and I still coughed the first few times. I'm also able to test flavors.  That's important.  Don't buy a whole bunch of flavors.  It is likely you will only use one or two.  Now try it for a week and then go back and tell them what you did or didn't like.  If their good they will make suggestions and now you can Vape till your heart desires.  Happy Vaping and stay clear from all those internet provider's!
