I have been a No Limit Motors customer, located in Mesquite, Tx since January 2014.  i have not been the perfect consumer, but for the most part i have made my payments on time.  i have more payments on time than late.  I lost my job a couple of times and provided paperwork showing my dismissal. They worked with me.

     This company is a scam.  They do not have a grace period, so if you are one day late, they will threaten to take your vehicle. I have had my truck in their shop over 5 times, for a check engine light that is still on. I had a warranty with a 100 deductible each time.  i have argued with them and expalined to them that i should not have to continually pay for a deductible for the same problem.  They did not care.  They wil do a quick fix, to make it look like they fixed the problem.  When i asked why the problem was still happening, Daniel and the manager explained to me it could be a different reason why the light was on, but the first three probelms of why it was on, was fixed. to this day, its stil on.

       I went to No Limit 12/24/15 to see if i could work out some type of payment plan because i was 3 days late.  I spoke with a nice lady named Misty, who pulled up my payment history and told me i had a pretty good payment history and that they are willing to work with customer like myself. That i was a Gold customer Not true.  I am being in my opinion threatened to borrow money from family members, not to have my truck repossessed.  There is a reason they do not have a grace period.  Misty explained to me, that they have more repo's than people paying their notes.  MMMMMM makes you wonder.

      For two years i have argued with these people about my truck repairs and payments.  i have spoken to Alicia, Alexandria, Karen and others.  these are people with low paying jobs, so they really do not care about helping you save your vehicle. 

      What really concerns me now, is that my balance started off at 14,000 and some change.  they added an extra 1880.00 to my balance.  I asked one of the girls why and she came up with various scenarios and stated they if i had car reairs they add what i owe.  i told her for almost two years i paid for a warranty and only had to pay a deductible.  She asked me if i was notified and i explained to her i was not.  How can you add an extra 1880.00 to my balance without notifying me.  Is there a law against this?  i am in the process of finding out.  Can you imagine how many others they have done this to.  i am suppose to speak with a gentleman named Kevin.  I will keep the public informd.  As a concumer to another. unless u have to please do not purchase a vehicle from this company.  i spoke with Alexandria yesterday and she stated that my payments would have to be consistant for a promise to pay, which i understand. But like i asked her, u have never lost a job and why are you guys holding that against me.  From Jan 2014 to sept. 2014 i was never late, then i lost my job and provided proof but they are still holding this against me.  Yes i have had problems, but for the most part i have been a good paying customer, but they do not care.  once again there is a reason, they do not have a grace period, pertaining to your car payment.  One day late and they threaten repo.  Alexandria asked me how much i had to bring to her, i told her 60 and she said i need more. Then why ask.  This is been nothing but a nightmare for me.  i wish someone could investigate this company. The owner is making money running scams.

I started with a 14,600 balance. i went to No limit Motors 12/26/15 and noticed they added 1880.00 to my balance without informing me. One of the sales representative i spoke to said, that maybe it could be for car repairs. I explained to her i had a warranty and only had to pay the deductible, not for the repairs. Then i aked her, if i should have been contacted before adding money to my balance. She replied yes and she did not know why they added the balance. So Monday 12/28/15 i am suppose to speak with Kevin. This company will at times help assist in making arrangements for late payments, but please be careful what they add to your account. Most of the people that work there, dont know anything. They are sharks hat want your vehicle repossesed so they can make money off the next buyer and so on. I have taken my Truck dodge ram 2003 to their repair shop over 4 times for a check engine light and it still comes on. They will do a short fix. The people that work here have no morals. Low paying indiviuals who are struggling themselves. If you are late one time, they threaten a repo instead of looking at a persons payment history. There is a reson they do not have a Grace period when it come to making car payments. My concern at this point is the extra 1880.00 added to my balnce without my knowledge. I talk to Kevin Monday, so when i find out, i will keep the public informed. Please if you can go to a Real dealership, please do so. I spoke with a real sweet lady named Misty on 12/24./15 who looked over my account and told me i had a pretty good payment histroy and that customers like myself they were willing to work with. She also informed me that they have more repos then customers paying their car notes. Dont get me wrong i lost my job twice and sent them the paperwork. They changed my payment due date. But after a couple of times helping, they become sharks. ONCE AGAIN THERE IS A REASON THEY DO NOT HAVE A GRACE PERIOD WHEN IT COMES TO THEIR CAR PAYMENTS. THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE KNOW ITS A SCAM BUT THEY ARE BARELY MAKING IT THEMSELVES, SO THEY WILL CONTINUE TO BE APRT OF THE SCAM. I AM TIRED OF COMPANIES LIKE THIS AND WILL FIGHT TO THE END TO SEE THAT THIS COMPANY IS FOLLOWING THE LAW. THERE IS ALWAYS A LOOP HOLE. AGAIN, PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THEM.

You must be from Texas, that would only explain your ignorance.  If you read my report, i was laid off twice.  The reason for the lates.  We are human.  Things happen. Not sure if you noticed or not but we do not live in a perfect world. im not trying to get away with ignoring my payments when they are due.  I have never missed a payment.  People like yourself should read more carefully.  I said the Company has helped me, but that does not mean they are not scam artitsts.

Today 12/28/15 i went to No Limit to ask them about the extra 1800i or so added to my balance.  It took 30 minutes for Karla and Aleandria to go back and forth to look over my account and come up with I do not know.  Have you purchased a vehicle from this company? if not please do not respond to my posts.  It just makes you look more ignorant.  What car company does not have a grace period? I looked over my contract today which contradicts itself. It says  on one part

1. There is absolutely no grace period, you will be in defaut when payment is not made on time

2. Late Fee- if this box is checked and you do not receive my entire payment within fifteen days after it is due, i will pay a late charge of 5.00% of the scheduled payment.

Now Jim, turn your smart brain on. With  This staement alone i can get refunded.  I have never been 15 days late with my payments..  So the one day lates and so on, i can fight for a refund.  Wake up and again, please do not respond to my posts unless you have purchased a vehicle from NO LIMIT MOTORS.

I put myself in others shoes, obviously you do not.  How would you like to miss over 2 weeks of work, to take your car in for the same problem. Check engine light is still on to this day.

I spoke with a Gentleman today who purchased a lemon from them with the Check Engine light on.  He took it to the shop and the same thing happended, but he gave the vehicle back and asked if he could get part of his money back, of course the SCAMMERS said no because it does state in the CONTRACT as is.  They knew the problem with the car before they sold it to him.  Smokescreen get it together

 The main purpose of your whining session here is how they won't let you get away with making late payments and the effects of their collections machine which YOU turn on by staying a serial deadbeat. Of course, it's all their fault, isn't it?
