No Tec Global Inc. Poor installation instruction. Wanted to verify proper installation, so attempted to contact. Not available. Ripoff notice appeared. Clearwater Internet
Purchased electric tankless H20 heater to upgrade facilities in barn. Wanted to determine correct procedure for installation. Instructions provided conflicting methods. (Water flow control valve shown on inlet in one place; on outlet in another drawing. A note said never to place shutoff valve on outlet.)
I found online address no longer exists to contact these folks. I suppose the two-year warranty and the paper it is printed on may be used for toilet paper.
I will install this unit according to my own sense of correctness. Hope it works.... Should I have bought something made in China instead?
