The poster of this report as well as a list of reports filed for the same reason is the owner of Allied Construction / 5 Star Allied Construction Marc. He has posted many reports of the same nature under different names ( apparently not knowing that it shows the original posters profile name). When reading Marc Labate's reports please take into consideration the fact that he has not and will never will give out his full company name or last name and he seems to be determined to lie in order to slander reputations. Normally I would not be concerned with a complaint on an internet forum, but I have been recently made aware of this by a prospective client. Essentially this complaint has costed more than just one person money, time and all around clarity. You can read about Allied Construction on this site. This may shed some light on the type of contractor Marc is. These seem to be real reports with real details. To clarify, there is not any investigation and has never been. ServiceMagic is a reputable company and you can do your own investigating on that. I have no problem with people expressing their opinions or frustrations in order to help educate the next consumer, but trusting the integrity of someone you might not know could be your biggest mistake. The truth is what's important.
