Noah's Natural Foods Mistreated My 84 Year Mother And Did Nothing About It!

My 84 year mother, Mrs. Helene Shore was Inappropriately and Rudely Mistreated in this store location of:

The incident happened according to my mother back on and/or around Thursday, June 4th, 2015 whereby when she went into that store to purchase many items and the cashier and/or person who was working at the checkout stand Grabbed My Mother's Bag Of Raisins And Took It Away From Her And Dumped Them Out and Made Out The False Statement That There Were Pine Seeds or Something Else In Her Bag and Refused To Give Them Back To Her So She Could Pay For Them.

Furthermore, my 84 year old mother, Mrs. Helene Shore who is Suffering From A Prolapsed Bladder, Heart Condition and Low Blood Circulation In Both Of Her Legs which Prevents Her From Walking At 100% therefore Left Their Store paying for everything which came out to be around $40.00 Dollars (Without Her Raisins That She Likes To Eat So Much)!

Please NOTE: If the person who was Poorly Serving My 84 Year Old Mother Cared So Much About Her (In Which He Did Not) and Her Well Being As Their Noah's Natural Foods Customer (Since He Could Tell That My 84 Year Old Mother Uses A Stroller To Get Around Due To Her Legs Not Functioning As Normal As Explained To You Earlier In The Above Paragraph), then that person Would Have Taken Out The Initiative At Going Back To Where They Sell Their Raisins And Provided My Mother With Another Filled Up Bag, but That Was NOT THE CASE because Their Employee Did Not Care About Their Noah's Natural Foods Customer!

Obviously!

If this person did this to my Customer(s), then this person would NOT BE WORKING for My Company Anymore! Period!

Please NOTE: It is just Simply Amazing that for All Of The Hard Earned Money That My 84 Year Old Mother, Mrs. Helene Shore has spent at Noah's Natural Foods throughout the years that she would Get Mistreated And Abused in the Disgusting, Unprofessional And Humiliating Manner That She Did!

To Make Matters Worst:

Around Monday, June 8th, 2015, my mother did call up their store to Complain About The Incident and was asked to leave her name and phone number in which she did, however, Nobody Who Supposedly Cared Even Bothered To Call Her Back!

My mother then called back the Very Same Store on another day and eventually spoke to a manager who went by the name of Sean who told her That He Did Not Know Anything About The Situation and then he passed on the phone to another manager who was Extremely Rude And Inconsiderate (who may have been the same person who grabbed the raisins from my mother's cart during her horrible shopping experience back on Thursday, June 4th, 2015) who told her that "If She Does Not Like It Here, Then She Should Go Somewhere Else To Shop"!

Is This What You Call Good Customer Service?

This kind of Unprofessional Treatment and/or Behavior is what we consider to go Beyond Being Rude, Disgusting and Very Inappropriate!

I am Not sure What Kind Of People That They Hire In Their Store(s), but some of these people apparently Do NOT Enjoy Working For Noah's Natural Foods and Definitely Need To Be Replaced!

There are many other Qualified Candidates Out There Who Need Jobs Who Can Do A Hell Of A Better Job Than What Was Presented To My 84 Year Old Mother, Both In Person And/Or On The Phone!

I am therefore Very Angry And Upset over how my 84 Year Old Mother Was Mistreated By Their Staff Member(s) and Want Them To Please Do Something About It.

Sadly, after I had sent out my Very Serious Complaint Letter to Mr. Lawrence Titcher, the Owner at ([email protected]), he did Nothing about it and Made Up Excuses for my mother's situation and/or complaint and offered My Mother Absolutely Nothing For Her Troubles and/or Inconvenience.

Here is Mr. Lawrence Titcher's Response Letter.

Good Morning Howard,

I have completed my investigation. Your mother came to the checkout with one bag of several different bulk items. Each bulk item has a different price so they need put in separate bags so the correct price can be calculated. The cashier did the proper thing by taking the bag away from her and asked her to please put in one item per bag. I'm not sure if your mother understood or not.

I am also not sure of where the improper customer service took place. But I also understand the condition of your mother.

If you could just explain to her that different items have to be put in separate bags that would really be help move this forward. She can come back anytime she wants to buy her bulk items.

I am really sorry if this appears as bad customer service and we would be grateful if your Mom comes back to shop here.

I also felt that it would be better if you explained to her the above situation.

Who the Hell Needs Them Anyway!

This abusive Treatment and Recourse would Never happen at Whole Foods!
