When you first go to their main website at www.darkstarllc.com, it is clearly written that they provide a 45day Money back guarantee. They do not have an asterisk next to their 45day money back guarantee that links you to the conditions which this term falls under.

I have used their service for less than 3 weeks and submitted a ticket for a refund and got refused. The response i got was that i do not qualify and a link to their 45day refund condition.  I have been offered sponsorship by another ventrilo company, willing to provide a much larger server for free therefore was trying to cancel my service with this company.

I called their office (nobis tech) and confronted them with the issue because the whole internet ticket thing is very inefficient. Ofcourse the person who answered the phone refused to refund my money. I told him that i would be filing a complaint with the BBB and he laughed at me saying that his company is NOT REGISTERED with the BBB therefore my efforts would be useless.

a SHADY company with false advertisement about the 45day money back guarantee. a SHADY company that knows that they are fraud therefore not registered with the BBB.

I have been researching about this company all morning and it seems that their main goal is to steal your money. When you try to cancel your account, they will bill you for another cycle with what ever excuse they can come up with and then allow you to cancel.

Do NOT do business with this company, you will regret it.

Theft of services is not appreciated.

You had no issues with the service that we were given the chance to fix. You simply found it for free somewhere else and that was apparently enough to convince you that you were eligible to receive something you had utilized (and cost us money) for free.

We will not stand for is someone attempting to steal from us -- which is what you were attempting to do. I'm not really sure what else to call it, or how you could think what you were doing was different.

Also, just to ensure nothing like this ever happens again, I have put a [ terms ] link next to our guarantee, updated our terms of service to be a lot more simple (it was quite a bit over-complicated before), and ensured that everywhere we mention the guarantee, the terms are stated (black and white)).
