I agree with the original post. They are going to lose all my clients and I am not to accept any mandate to go with this title in the future. Whoever thinks charging 3 times normal escrow fee means a smart and fair practice is either getting some kind of benefit from this company or blind to logic.

I went to Google to look up Noble Title to take a look at their site and see who was working for the company. How shocking to see that someone could post such garbage about someone else, just because they were unhappy being called onto the carpet about the high Realtor fees in conjunction to the much lower Title and Escrow Fees charged. You see I used to work for the Owner of Noble Title, but at another very large national company. Just to the contrary of what was written about him, he was actually pretty successful when he worked for that other company and brought a new brand to the Las Vegas Market and captured over 3% of the market share in only a few years. That was a very competitive market too. It was about really building a noticeable higher service standard and he accomplished that. Let's be honest 15 year Realtor, are you really worth the 3% or so that you charge your clients for what you do? Let's do the math and I am assuming you made the standard 3%, that would be $4,200. What is crazy about me writing this is that he and I had a falling out when he left the other company and started Noble Title, but I still admire him and think he really worked hard, took a risk and opened up a company going against the big huge national companies to truly try to offer a noticeably better service level, because homeowners deserve to be treated like royalty when they are buying a home and making possibly the biggest investment of their life. This is not a rip off of a consumer, just a Realtor with a bruised ego. Why don't we remove this??
