I am the most recent victim of nomorerack.com. Order placed 11/28, money taken 11/28, still no items 12/21... Email from company about 'problems in CA port, blah blah blah. Promised in writing, refund if items weren't received by 12/21/2012.... So I emailed them.

So sorry, too bad, you get a site credit. Yea, NO

From the bottom up obviously..... Now.... Complete silence, even took the liberty of removing my comments from their Facebook page, and blocking me

a refund of store credits? No.... i expect the refund back to the card on file within 5 business days, or i will be pursuing a dispute with my credit card company.

1. Stop deleting people on social media that are calling you out on your lies.... Do you know how many families Christmas' you ruined? Let the public know who you really are, and let them decide

2. Respond to the New York State attorney generals/ BBB fraud investigation

3. Be driven out of business

I have been going around with this company for over 2 months...ordered boots, paid just $16 for them, but have gotten nothing..When I did write, Alex..of customer service...and this Alex is the only person who has ever answered my emails, gives me some tracking number...and excuse and promise my boots will be here..
Nothing...so I write again, tell Alex of non working tracking number, and he apologizes and goes through this song and dance that it takes time, etc..but promises my boots will be to my house before Christmas..again...the tracking number does not work.
I am thinking a class action fraud case against this "company" the bad consumer reports out weigh anything good anyone has written about them. I am writing my money off, used pay pal, it is not worth the trouble now, but I am angry they keep giving this lie ridden excuse and nothing changes.
These kind of companies need to be taken off the internet
