NONA TILLEY OF BROOKLYN NY IS CORRUPT.

Nona Tilley is garbage. Nona Tilley buys used clothing on ebay, damages them, then files dishonest, fraudulent claims with ebay about the item to receive a refund.

How pathetic that Nona Tilley is either so desperate for cash or so mentally unstable...or both that she repeatedly commits this type of fraudulent activity. 

So it begs the question:  How is it possible that Nona Tilley is possibly licensed to practice law iw in the state of New York when Nona Tilley has a repeated history of committing online fraud?

Really, it's okay that you can only afford to buy second hand discards on ebay.  

But what is not okay and very sad is that you have nothing better to do with your time than spew numerous, lengthy, psychotic rants on this webiste.  

Again, you are mistaken.  We did not sell you a blouse as you stated in one of your previous posts.  That would be from yet another ebay seller you scammed and ripped off.

We are embarrassed for you.

Now be a good girl and go away.

I spend about $2,000-$4,000 each month on eBay, sometimes even more.

of course, I have so many purchases that I cannot possibly remember all the items I bought, but, I can assure you that I keep buying from my favorite sellers all the time, as they appreciate my business and I appreciate theirs.

Then, the sellers like you come along and ruin the shopping experience for everyone. I cannot even imagine how many dissatisfied customers you have had in the past; your big mouth is pretty big, and everyone can tell you are talking from the experience. Plus, you have so much time on your hand that you are probably a stay-home person who doesn't have a life outside of the home.  I, on the opposite of you, have life and I do not have the time to deal with people such as yourself here or on eBay. I am too busy with work. 

So with that, I just wish that you can actually acknowledge your wrongdoing and at least apologize not only to me but to the whole public for posting something so gross. 

I do not understand why would someone go online and post derogatory, meritless comments about a customer, who should have been treated fairly in the first place. I guess I cannot teach you the customer-service skills, you will not learn, no matter what.

Your stinky blouse cost me the aggravation and your despicable comments on this site. I wish I would have not bid on your stinky item. I guess, we all learn from mistakes.

yes, I buy on eBay and online often, since, I do not have the time to walk around the city. I am very busy with my career and your comment, as you can tell, went unnoticed by me for almost 9 months. Someone by accident brought it up to me and I saw it first time, one week go.

Yes, you are correct, someone of my caliber should not be responding to fools like you, but, it has become bothersome when someone like you won't disclose their name and is hiding behind the veil of deception.

Why don't you come out and let's clear the ground from mistaken assumptions?

If you advertised something that was used and damaged, I can assure you that I would not have bought it. Let's bring all the facts here and let me know who you are. I am not afraid of admitting if I have wronged you, but, my suspicion is that I am probably right. I do not mess with people unless they deserve it, that is my way of doing things. I am fair and I fight for what's right. If sellers like you cross my path, you better be sure that I will not let someone fool me. Unfortunately for us, the buyers, there are quite a few sellers out there who lack sales ethics and that is the job of eBay to sift through such behavior. 

eBay would not have been so successful unless they understood the concept of "the customer is always right." Unfortunately, you don't understand that concept. When you advertise and sell on eBay, you should cater to your customers and not the other way around. I sold items on eBay before I started practicing law. Look at my feedback from the buyers in response to the items I sold. I have nothing but the best comments and reputation. Everyone can make mistakes, and only one time, I remember, I sold a Chanel, brand new dress to a buyer and I did not package the dress well ( I mean, I only put it in a tissue wrap and put it straight into the red and blue priority envelope), which was a mistake on my part. It was heavily raining that day when I mailed it and the post office ruined the package completely to the point where the dress ended up having red stains all over it, when it arrived at the buyer. I could have taken the other road and I could have blamed the post office. I did what was right. I not argue with the buyer, as I understood the situation. It was no one's fault, except for the post office's.  I learned from the experience and next time, I packaged items very well, so, even the rain would not get to them. This dress was extremely expensive and it was one of a kind. I not only refunded the money for the dress but, I also sent her a Chanel cashmere one-shoulder sweater, brand new, for free, as an apology for my poor packaging of the dress. That is my 100% customer satisfaction and the girl was thrilled, and she thanked me 20 times and she loved the sweater so much that she even sent me a special thank you note. 

That is what kind of seller I was and what kind of buyer I am. I am a perfectionist, and I will not take anything less than what I expect. 

So, your accusations are meritless. I do not understand why would someone take out a grudge on someone who did not deserve it. I think you have too much of a free time on your hands and you have nothing better to do. 

Learn how to treat your customers on eBay. It will help you in a long run. 

With that, I will let the readers of your post and my rebuttal, draw their own conclusions.

you are a fraud hiding behind your ludicrous comments about me.

you are the one selling fraudulently on ebay and you cannot even state your true name, you loser. 

You lost the fight with me, and you are pissed. 

I do not buy used items unless they are listed in new condition (as many people may take tags off the garments and can still sell it as new). 

I fight your kind on eBay or here; your kind who thinks that you can fool people and get away with it. I am not afraid of you ridiculous comments and accusations (for which I will sue you as soon as I find out who you are). 

I think you need to check into the psychiatric unit. You are clearly unstable yourself. You could not handle losing the dispute.

I would make harsher comments about you, but, I do not know your name, but, I am working on getting it from eBay or Paypal.

As would be expected of someone of your calibre, you are mistaken once again.

Your response should actually be posted to another post from a different individual that also filed a complaint against you on this site from another ebay transaction. Since you mentioned purchasing expensive items, I believe that was a Chanel item that your purchased from that individual. 

I realize that you have probably scammed so many sellers, it is difficult to keep them straight, But really, you must try.

The item you purchased on ebay was clearly listed as preowned as well as a flaw clearly noted in the listing. Again, it is obvious that you have so many circumstances that you have committed buyer fraud that you are unable to keep track of them. No need to respond. Your time would be much better spent in intensive therapy.

please don't sell damaged items on Ebay and you won't lose your money to "scammers" like me who fight for justice and for what's right.

My over one thousand positive feedback speaks for itself and I do not regard you as an honest seller.

I went harsh on the sellers who posted the negative comments about me and the negative comments are in retaliation for how I respondent to your rip-off of consumers on eBay.

I think you guys are the rip-offs and you try to take the items out of the garbage and sell them on eBay hoping that you will make quick bucks out of the sale. I'm not naive and I am not someone who will fall for your fraudulent listing of the items that are listed as "new" and when received, they look like garbage.

And, no, I do not buy used merchandise unless it is in flawless condition. Sorry, I do not need your approval of what I can and can't do.

Sorry, you lost the dispute on eBay and you are retaliating in bad faith.

I know exactly who you are and the only reason you posted the comment is that you did not win the Ebay dispute.

Additionally, I won it because I was an innocent party in the dispute. I threw your used and damaged item in the trash (the one you advertised as new and sold it to me at a very high price). I do not use damaged items. I am sorry, but, I think it is very obvious who is the guilty party in this. 

Ebay determined who is at fault. I will leave it at that.

Sell the items that are new and be truthful about your sales. Dishonesty is what will get you lose your money on Ebay. I have a 100% positive feedback and I will continue to contribute to the financial success of all the good sellers out there. I buy expensive items and I will not let anyone fool me, like you tried.

Nona Tilley did the same to me...i have reported her to different entities...they are aware of the scam she is pulling.  I am going to forward you clame to the proper authorities.
