We requested for Nonprofit Megaphone to help us manage the Google Ad Grant, but in the process of them running the grant for us, we found out that they were charging us but not doing the actual management. Also, we lost the grant due to them not knowing Google's policies and not using best practices. I was thrilled when we moved companies away from them, as they not only didn't help, but they pushed our organization back quite a bit. We are a relatively small nonprofit with less than 30 staff and we would never work with Nonprofit Megaphone again.

I would highly recommend you stay as FAR away from Nonprofit Megaphone as possible. Waste of time and money. Don't be fooled by how 'nice' and 'passionate' the people are, like we were.

This is Grant Hensel, the owner of Nonprofit Megaphone. I was so sorry to see this review posted here. I have gone through our records, and we have never had a client that we were working with lose the Google Grant during the time that we were working with them, to my knowledge? I would love to learn more about this situation.
