AVOID! Scammers.. went here to get a state inspection and the told him one of his wiper blades was not any good and they could not pass his late model truck. The only problem with that is they where only one month old..I asked for his original blades and took them back to the shop i purchased them from and they showed me that the blades i had where not the ones i purchased because the stamp on them was not even a brand they sell??? scam all the way..avoid
P.S I thought it was kind of weird that they had both of my blades off before starting my state inspection..

Again thx for taking the time to reply. Because of the site rules I cannot post the DPS representative name. If you want I can email it to you or you can call the shop in the morning and I'll give you her name. Also I will not accept it anymore to be called cheaters. Look, it is what it is..You pulled some crap and got called on it! Texas DPS? Great my security company is licensed with DPS so please give me the name of the officer that came in to your business and i will confirm the officers findings and delete any and all post i have filed with/against your company! Sir, you are a shady charterer! I hope this straightens you up at least until you get comfortable again!
Oh ya, you showed the DPS officer video? of what? just please post the officers name and all these bad reviews "*could" go away !

i want to thank you for posting your point of view. We do appreciate your opinion and thats what make us provide the best service to our customers.
I want you to know that we never and will never scam our customers. We are part of the community that we have been serving since 1987 and this is not how we deal with customers. We take pride in serving our customers and thats what matters at the end of the day.
In your case, based on what you wrote on this site and all the other sites. You review was based on second-hand experience. It was your neighbor who was getting the inspection. State inspection consist of 2 parts: Safety and Emissions. Wiper blades are part of the safety inspection and are visually inspected. We usually let the customer know if we notice anything wrong in the safety part before we start the inspection to save the customers time.
Based on your claim, I was contacted by DPS ( Department of Public Safety ) and a supervisor stopped by the shop to discuss it. She was shown all the documents and the surveillence video and she understood the problem.
I just want you to know that you are more than welcome to stop by anytime to prove to you that we never scam our customers and im 100% sure there was misunderstanding of the situation somewhere.
Just to make it up to you, your next oil change and state inspection will be on the house !!!
