i have not heard a thing now for over a yr from fbi ic3 nobody!! do they think losing this money funny? I even had to send copies to western union who took my money for this transaction never heard a word from them eaither!!!.anybody got any kind of advice?? ty nora lara

09/16/08 i have reported all this to the fbi ic3,bbb,police,attorney general and have not heard a word from anybody since april of this year.i even had to send copies of my western union papers to the western union co.still have not heard from them since july of this year.what do you think i could try next to get these thieves who stole my 5000.00.

these people still waiting for the last 2500.00, i've told fbi this and IC3 and still get no response from anybody.of course I try to keep the seller silvia on line hoping somebody will catch them in the act of still keeping in touch with me.am I doing right?help

today I heard from silvia the supposed seller of the truck chevy avalanche,they are still waiting for the rest of the money for the supposed truck,I was hoping to hear from Ic3 or somebody by now maybe they can catch these people in the act.These people are still incontact with me for the rest of the money for there scam.what do you think about this sirs?nora lara

silvia berry keeps emailing to send the rest of the money 2500.00,then truck will be shipped to me even after I said that was not in the contract .clickandbuy also emailed me for the rest of the money even after I said send back my 5000.00 since they breeched contract,they said send the last 2500.00 and truck will be shipped to you,I was suppose to receive truck on 04/20/08 after I paid them the 5000.00 sent western union to clickandbuy agent.all emails lately since 04/30/08 I receive from them almost everyday.

Sorry to tell you but you have lost your 5K, this is almost as bad as the Canadian loan scam, where you send them money to secure you a loan, NEVER DO THAT, you never pay upfront to get a loan or send money overseas thionking you get something from someone with a made up company.

both seller silivia berry and clickandbuy contacted me on 04/30/08 asked if i send rest of the money if i did truck would be sent to me this is after i asked them to send my money back due to breech of contract stated in my previous reports.I have contacted the fbi,Ic3,local sherriff,bbb,FTC,still have not heard if anybody is looking into this matter,right now this company has 5000.00 of my money and they want 2500.00 more and is still playing with me on line to get me to send more money to them! I have all copies of every Email they have sent to me plus all receipts from western union sending money to them what more do I have to do to get the authorities attention? these people are still trying to scam me out of more money! thank you nora lara twin lake mi.clickandbuy is also out of united states I have contacted that company also they are suppose to be checking on the tracking number that was given to me for the truck that was suppose to be already on its way from transcargo co. out of hialeah fl.If anybody from authorties could see all my evidence as of 05/01/08,they could get these people right now they contact me almost every day,trying to get the last 2500.00.can anybody give me some other advice? please fell free to email me thank you nora lara.

i still have no truck last i heard from clickandbuy they wanted last payment of 2500.00 before they would ship chevy avalanche.per contract we are suppose to have truck for 10 days for inspection,then if we want truck we send clickadnbuy the last payment,now they want the money first.they still have 5000.00of my money and won't talk anymore to me.nor the shipping company that has the truck,nor will the seloler of the truck.

now clickandbuy says i have to make last payment in order for truck to be shipped well per contract we had 10 days to inspect truck after we already paid 5000.00 to click and buy agency we wre suppose to receive truck on 04/20/08 for 10 day inspection well we never received the truck,now clickandbuy says they want last payment in order to ship truck when they said truck was already on its way on 04/20/08.heard from from clickandbuy on 04/23/08 and seller of the truck on same day and they both said send the rest of the money 2500.00 then truck will be delivered.i said no they were breeching contract i want my 5000.00 back they said give me 3000.00 back,because i have to pay for shipping and handling,i said per contract seller was to pay for all shipping here,they said no we said only 3000.00 back, is said talk to you later, then i contacted the seller who said she is responsible for all shipping,then she says clickandbuy said send rest of the money then truck will be shipped.i left it as that and contacted the FBI.now a new case is started.thank you nora.
