This person ordered oniline providing a completely incorrect shipping address with no way of contacting him. The ship to address was a shopping mall in El Paso where no one had ever heard of him or the company he provided. FEDEX made three attempts to deliver, including inquiries in the office, but no one could be located who had even heard of the recipient. No local phone number was provided and the only contact number was a number in Mexico where the people answering didn't speak English. When FEDEX asked Orchids.com if we would pay for return shipping, we declined. We are not responsible for problems that occur because a wrong ship to address is provided with no way of contacting the buyer.
