North Brothers Ford is over charging on man hours for simple repairs. Stay clear of this dealership at all costs. I was told that the repair manager was instructed to overbill on hours. I went in for a simple repair to have a door switch replaced and they said it would take 2 hours and cost $280. I also took the vehicle in there for a quote on a rear drive seal, they said it would take 8 hours and gave me a quote for almost $600. I took my vehicle down the street to Don's house and he did the rear seal for $55 bucks after I paid for parts in his garage. I gave Don $100 for sweating under my truck and he did an exelent job. He told me he's getting all the business from North Brother's Ford and I laughed.
North Brothers Ford in Westland, MI has incompetent service techs. Why do they even call them service techs? they suck at customer service, they are rude and have no time for customers pulling into the dealership. I hope people think twice about brining their business to North Brother's Ford. If you want Don's phone number please contact me at charlesfitch.com. I wasn't going to write this review but they forced me to do it. I just don't like people getting ripped off by dealerships.
