This Limousine company will make $$ but soon will suffer the fate of no repeat business. They will find out that word of mouth is more powerful than an anything they imagined. The saying is "Everyone knows at least a hundred referals."

Absolutely unprofessional. Has no understanding of the fine art and practice of customer service. This huusband/wife company will soon divorce. The conflict of treating people as though they don't matter at all will consume them. It will soon break the pathetic pattern of thinking it's okay to argue with clients about customer service. This company takes no responsibility for their actions. Both of these people were verbally abusive and costic to me on the phone when they figured out all of their excuses weren't working.

It's too bad these people are allowed to do business and rob future potential, innocent customers. This is a sure sucker bet. No contact, no back up, 45 minutes late, excuse after excuse after excuse.

North County Limousine rebuttal to false accusations Solana Beach California I am the President of North County Limousine, not the owner's wife. We take great pride in the service we give to our clients. We were delayed 40 minutes and apologized. We offered her a $100.00 discount which she refused; she was intent on receiving a completely free ride. We explained to her our previous customer was running late and we couldn't kick them out of the car. We were scheduled to pick her party up at the Chargers/Giants football game and the traffic of 60,000 exiting fans added to the problem. We did our best to get there as soon as possible. The client certainly had the option of finding alternate transportation. The client accepted the ride and we then traveled over 160 miles roundtrip and made 2 additional stops which were NOT dicussed or priced into the cost of her point to point transfer. These stops would customarily incur additional charges. When I spoke to this woman over the phone the following day, I again apologized and offered her a $100.00 discount despite her screaming and yelling. There was no reasoning with someone who is unreasonable. Many times airlines are delayed. Doctors are often delayed. This woman accepted our service and then refused payment after the service was rendered. This amounts to a theft of services. As a matter of fact we have never ripped off anyone; as a matter of definition, this woman is a dead beat. We take great pride in our outstanding customer service and top ranked status within our industry. The best of intentions and professionalism are meaningless when dealing with morally bankrupt individuals.

What are you so angry about?

Are you trying to get people to agree with you?? Or, trying to discourage people from using these limo services? Either way you would better accomplish your goal by telling people about the situation that took place that has you so upset instead of ranting, raving, & name calling.

Just who was "argumentative, unprofessional, threatening, insulting" - them or you? Judging from your post, methinks it was the latter! I have a feeling they could care less about losing your "hundreds of referrals" if the people you associate with are like you.
