I received a notice for an "opportunity to maintain my account" with a magazine I no longer subscribe to. In bold letters the notice states it is "AN ATTEMPT TO COLLECT A DEBT..." I do not subscribe to this magazine nor do I owe this company anything! How do these people get away with this?
