The amount of money involved here is large enough that some lawyers may do it for no money up front, just a cut of the proceeds. Criminal charges may also be in order. They used outright fraud to get you to initial and sign a blank contract. One of the first things your lawyer should do is write a stern letter to the warranty companies. It should tell them that with or without the dealer's cooperation, the warranties WILL be cancelled and your money refunded.

You have been ROBBED!! just as if you had $18000 taken out of your hands at gunpoint. For God's sake man even if you have to pay a Lawyer $2000 to get you out of this theft of your money it is well worth it. I hope you learned a hard lesson about trusting ANY!! car dealer to fill in ANYTHING!!! Don't feel too bad though if you read these reports it will amaze you how many people either let dealers fill in the blanks or will even sign contracts they know are wrong just to get a car that is worth half what they paid as soon as it leaves the lot. The warranties you were charged for are probably worthless and the dealer made big money on them. I wish you well my friend, if you can't afford a lawyer go to the DA's office they may be able to help you. Above all FIGHT BACK!!!
