Northern Leasing Systems - Infinity Data Corp. Scott Miller Charge a fee even though I never receive any money, 570.00+ dollars GONE! South Easton, Massachusetts
Hello, I own a small company and take credit cards. I took a charge that was from stolen credit cards, there was no way for me to know. Total charge was $16,400.00. The charges never went to my bank account, however my provider of the terminal charged a fee of $574.00, although I never received a dime. I feel this isn't fair and I shouldnt have been billed for a transaction I've never received. The name of the company is Infinity Data. Although I never received any money they took their fee.
I've called other providers of this service and they've never heard of such a thing. If the vendor is not paid money theres no charge. I asked Infinity to show where Im liable with a signed contract and they couldnt provide this information. Only hung up the phone telling me to take them to court, I'm not getting a dime of my money back. I've been with them for years and I've always been a great customer with not a problem.
Also I was traveling to help a friend that is suffering from RSD a debilitating disorder and I was left broke on the highway. The provider of the terminal had prior knowledge, which they confessed and new there was a fraud going around nevertheless never notified my company. I feel with all the fraud with credit cards this would be an interesting case for both card holders and merchants taking cards. I really need help in getting fair justice on this case. Please help.
