I I was an employee in a small buissness 12 years ago.. They sent false information to the owners to accept their services. I signed for receiving the supposed equipment, which was a piece of junk, I have been debited 4500.00 dollars from my acccount for a lawsuit they placed for not returnig the equipment, which the I personally sent back certified, and feel I am not reponsible for this money. Besides they told the owners it was on a months free trial for small buissness. It has been a nightmare because I was only an unexperienced 17 year ols helping out in a new buissness. It has been in my credit for all this time because I have no money to pay an attorney to help me. I went through legal aid in my state and they advised me a cpuple of years ago that this company couln't proceed legally against me because I was only working there, and I was not a legal authorized signiture, which they had me sign just supposelevly for receiving thewir junky equipment. It sounded reasdonable that for many reasons they couldn't do anything to me because they didn't have the contract lease under my name , nor my social security., plus I was just working there.. The owners of the company sent them various letters stting that they were commiting fraud because they gave false information and how could they make that binding contract without a legal owners' signiture..Well 12 years have passed and they withdrew a savings I had to pay for my children's college tuitions in the future. As I was doing reserch because noone helps me because they don't think it's enough money or I cant afford the costs this may bring,I find out I wasn't the only one, but the sad part is that everyone is aware of this fraud and nothing is done to stop it. How caould the juge sign a order if they are under many lawsuits!!! Doesn't that raise many red FLAGS!!! Or how coul they not be humans and feel bad for all of us victims !! Ploase help me stop this!!!
