Northstar Financial ripoff consumer fraud ripoff Phoenix Arizona
they called me for a preapprved credit card all i needed was 199.90 deposit they removed money from my account around oct 4 2002 i kept calling for the credit card they kept telling me its in the mail when i would call back they told me it was returened to them for reason unknown and would issue me a new one and this has been going on for three months
