Well, the battle is half over in that I finally got the item I ordered on december 2nd YESTERDAY after od knows how many emails and phone calls, including one of each saying I wanted to CANCEL the order. Oh well, at least I got what I ordered, and it is of pretty good quality. Next, though, is they still ignoring me and not refunding me the seventy dollars they owe me. I do not understand how this could be anything other than a deliberate attempt to make me mad because they obviously had to have heard the messages and read the emails I left if they took the time to send the second order I placed. So obviously this guy thinks that he doesn't have to honor his return policy, and the best part is, I have the USPS delivery confirmation slip saying that I returned the order he owes me money for over a month ago! I also have the label from the package I received yesterday and it was not sent USPS overnight, but rather first class mail, so he owes me the 25 dollars for that too! Again He owes me 70 dollars and needs to pay up. Some people think that all this stuff is a lot of bitching for not that much money, but if you look at all the reports on here this guy is making a killing off of this scam.

Ok, so it seems i've made some headway. I recieved an email that says "order shipped", but the funny thing is I sent a few emails and even called and left a message saying I want to cancel the order. So now as long as I either get the order or my money back I won't be too mad about that one. Next, though, is they still have not refunded my return yet, and they still charged me for next day air when it has taken over 2 weeks so far. This whole thing is ridiculous and better be rectified soon. All in all, I would not do business with this crooked online store again, and I recommend anyone out there who reads this not too, because you will be sorry.
