norton antivirus by symantec antivirus for your computer need i say more mountain view, California
When we got our brand new laptop, we decided to go with the ( norton antivirus ) download that you pay for a 1 year coverage against stuff like viruses. Little that we know, this past weekend a spyware antivirus came across our computer not knowing at the time its a virus. So i told my husband to contact Norton since we pay for stuff like this to be caught. After speaking with the customer service lady about the issue, not only would they not back up there guarntee but they wanted to charge us addition $139.00 to remove what they are supposed to be protecting their customers from. So now we are going to have to take it some where to have it looked at plus i'll be getting our money back from this company or i'll just take it a little further and call my friends at the TV station for problem solvers. they love stuff like this. Hopefully no one else will make the same mistake and go with this company.
