Nouveau Skin Care This company is a fraud and stole money from me Santa Ana, CA Internet
I ordered a FREE SAMPLE online and paid $5 for shipping. End of story. Without my consent or knowledge, the company then signed me up for a membership account that I never signed up for and charged me $89.75 and $84.75 for a product I did not order. I did not authorize these charges and when I called them to request a refund, they refused without reason or explanation and were extremely rude on the phone. I am working with my bank to reverse these fraudulent charges. The company is a total scam. They are committing crime by stealing from people.
