Nouveau skincare aka Tranquille Nouveau Nouveau eye serum free trial size scam No City Listed Internet
Sent off for the free trial of the Nouveau eye serum and paid the required shipping and handling. 3 weeks later 2 charges appeared on my bank statement for 89.00 and 84.00 contacted the number listed next to the charge 1-888-704-5859, which was a call center for several products. The young man I spoke to, spoke english (thank goodness) was very polite said that my product got held up in Orlando and they could refund me half of the 89.00 and half of the 84.00 that I was charged and send me another sample. I told him no, did not want the sample just full refund, which he said would show up in my bank account in 3-5 days. Lesson learned, free sample means they are signing you up for a reaccurring product cost along with the cost of the original FREE sample, so the sample is not really free! If you even get your free sample
