Got charged in Dec. 4.95 for special offer as stated and charged again in Jan.for an unauthorized charge of 84.75 & 89.75.  Reported to credit card Srpska and found out I got charged for Feb  too..! I would  have loved to give that money to my grandchildren for college.  I work 2 full time jobs to make my ends meet. Karma ...

I have also fallen into that trap of purchasing a product advertised for $4.95 and recieved an email for my purchase,thank god they had a phone number on it and when I called to let them know that i havent even recieved the product but that they over charged me by $80.00 when I saw that i instantly called that number and they answered when i told them they over charged me thats when she told me that you recieve the trial product and each month you will be charged x amount of money that is when i asked for a refund she said they cant give refunds but could give me 50% off

i asked to speake to a supervisor and she said they all went by the same rules it was when i said ok i will be calling the BBB and i will be calling the fraud dept.in on this and i will be getting my money back!Well next thing you know she said that the supervisor said to go ahead and give me back a refund and gave me confermation #'s and said that it will take up to 3 buisness days to see it back into my account.here is the phone number to this companies customer service 1-888-694-4574 Good luck they will try anything to resist a refund stand firm!
