Nouveau Tranquille Eye Cream Skin Care Scam Santa Ana, California Internet
I just want to attempt to communicate about this company. They communicate about "free samples" of their product for $5, without any communication about the amount that will be charged to your account if you do not call them within 14 days of receiving your "free sample". First of all, the free sample that I received was both eye cream and a serum. The eye cream was a full size eye cream and the serum was about three squirts with instructions for daily use. The product that was received was is shotty packaging, the lables looked like I could make them on my personal home inkjet printer. They did not come with any paperwork, there was no email explaining that if I did not all to report that I was displeased with the product that I would be billed a total of $170 dollars (two separate billings to two products every 30 days). I did not receive any further product and I saw that my balance on my checking account (one that I do not use often) was very low. I looked at the transactions and found that nearly $400 dollars was deducted from this company and I had nothing in return (I did not want anything!!!). I disputed the charges as they were billed under "hyl heavenlylook" which I had no idea what this copany was. My bank is looking into the charges. I called the company and was not happy. They directed me to ONE website, their website that explained the "14 day trial" however, when you google this company there are many different websites advertizing the "free sample" without any explanation. In my opinion, this is a scam based on its advertising and poor communication about the contract you get into when you request a "free sample". I am mad at myself and I should have known better, lesson learned. Nonetheless, SHAME on them for their poor practices. I see other reports on the internet and of others issues with this same thing and reports that this company is a scam. BEWARE PEOPLE!
