I too was ripped off by Steven Morgan, Dave Schneider and Joe Skaff. The conditions and circumstances are similar to others ripped off by members of Nova Merchant Services. This includes complaints for non-performance, the promise of saving money, lies and deceitful actions. After an out-of-pocket loss of about $500, I have stopped any and all drafts from my accts. I did ask for a refund of $500, but do not expect to receive one. I have referred all future correspondence by either Nova Merchant Services or First Data Leasing Corporation to my attorney. What's interesting here is that Nova Merchant Services is not a member of the BBB and have a BBB rating of C-. Nova Merchant Services LLC filed for incorporation with the Secretary of State of NC on 9/8/11. The listed member managers of Nova Merchant Services are RaeLin Morgan and Steven Morgan. Upon further investigation, I found they lived at 5316 Macandrew Dr., Charlotte, NC 28210. If you go to google maps, you will see this is a high-dollar home. I did send a certified letter to RaeLin Morgan which she signed for. Her signature matches the signature on record with NC Secretary of State. I haven't received a response from her. I also sent a certified letter to Nova Merchant Services at 6000 Fairview Rd. Suite 1200, Charlotte, NC 28210. They would not sign for the letter (imagine that!).

I just had the same horrible experience , I am currently dealing with Payprotec (North American Bancard) to cancel the merchant account and FDGL ( First Data Global Leasing)to find out why they are trying to Debt my checking account for equipment I have not received. FDGL says they will Email me a dispute letter in 6 to 10 days." Really" 10 days to send an Email ,They must have a lot of them to send out. Any way Nova Merchant Services in Charlotte NC has very deceitful sales practice so BEWARE!!! If you want more details of the lies they told me contact Tom at [email protected]
