Nova Merchant Sevices This company misrepresented themselves from the start. Charlotte North Carolina
This is the most dishonest company I have ever come accross. They lied from the very beginning about thier rates. Salesman Lance Black informed me that my monthly charge would be around 800.00. It has been 1500.00 a month. I was told I could get out of the contract anytime with 30 days notice. I am now being told it will cost me 8500.00 to get out of the contract. I had to request the contract multiple times, when I finally recived the contract I notice it is signed by my father, who has never met with anyone from Nova. I am paying for rented equipment that I did not received and do not need. Nova called me at my office to infrom me that if I did not take down my reviews they would take legal action. They are bullies who lie and steal and forge.
