I bought 8 beauty machines, 5 of which were defective and parts of the others were also defective and/or broken. One of these machines injured two of my customers. They refuse to stand behind their equipment and now want to charge me again for shipping to send me replacement machines which may or may not work and that may or may not arrive.
I paid for the machines, I paid for the shipping and now they're trying to charge me an additional 130% for shipping again. I've been dealing this this for 9 months now.
