This Company located in Nicosia, Cyprus, obviously to avoid lawsuits, has slick websites that offer "FREE TRIAL" of their ACAI Surge and Colon Cleanse Diet and weightloss programs.  If you sign up for the trial, you get an e-mail confirming that you will be billed only $6.95.  If you check your bank statements you will see they actually bill you the full $199.00.

If you are lucky enough to figure out that you have been ripped off within the THREE (3) day trial period which starts when you place the order even if you haven't received any product, they say they will refund your money within 15 days. But they also tell you that since you cancelled you won't receive any of the free trial product.

This is a total RIPOFF SCAM.  If you miss the 3 day deadline, then you apparently get some credit in their store for your money which contains a bunch of additional useless crap.  The $199.00 is supposedly for their online weightloss website which they give you links to in the e-mail.  When you go and check that out, its funny as he** to go look in the forum as you will see a bunch of disgruntled posts from people who realized they got scammed and they don't even remove this from their website.  They are taking people's money at $200 a pop and probably won't refund you a dime even if you cancel in the first three days.

I called my bank to dispute the charges that showed up on my credit card and they told me that I had to wait the 15 days to see if they refunded the money as they promised.  I gave them the cancellation # they gave me.  Be sure to get that and write down the representatives name and ID # if you are able to get through to cancel.

If you run into these scam artists websites, of which there are several that I found including the following - RUN LIKE HE**!:

http://colonfull.flexnjoints.com/us/trial/

http://sharkilage.com/

http://getskinnierthighs.org/

http://acaisurge.sharkilage.com/us/trial/

I happen to be an attorney and only fell for this crap because a trusted client sent me the link, saying his cousin tried this stuff and it worked.  Guess I won't be receiving anything from these people, so can't really comment on the efficacy of the stuff they are hawking, but I will say that from what I have seen in dealing with them, it probably is sawdust they are giving you in those pills.

Bottom line if you ever see a website promoting anything on a free trial basis always read the fine print, the terms and conditions etc. as you inevitably are signing up for repeat orders, online memberships etc.  Just google the name of the company and you will see rip-off reports like this that should give you heads up that you are about to be scammed.  Its so much easier to avoid it rather than trying to get out of it after you have been taken.

I will provide my information to this website so that if enough people do get scammed and contact me I will consider initiating a class action lawsuit against these scumbags.  In the meantime I will be contacting the Attorney General's office, the department of consumer affairs etc.
