Daniel Knack, Novelty Soap Company ripoff dishonest, goods not received after paying for it through money order Milwaukee
I sent money order three times US$182.98, US$569.51 and US$122.87 in February 2004 to Daneil Knack for the soap but until today I did not receive the soap. Try to contact him numerous time via e-mail, registered letter & telephone (only recording machine) to no avail. I am at a lost because I do not know where to get help,I am living in Singapore. Please help me to recover my money back. Thank you.

International customer ordered a large volume of custom designed products. Each of the products were done to their specifications and more, with additional free items, packaging, etc., which customer was not charged for. Goods were shipped and received by customer via Express International Mail. All receipts, documents, communications and signed delivery confirmations are on file. International shipping was done, completed and the order/boxes took only 24 hours from the U.S. to reach Singapore (verifible tracking and day-by-day locations on file). Singapore held all boxes for 14 days in their country before they delivered them. We can not control the international/customs once it leaves the U.S. docks. Shipping and delivery confirmation, receipts, invoices on file and may be requested by the proper authorities/party for verification. Daniel Knack Novelty Soap Company
