Now Comm. tricked me into a deal, did a shotty job on wires & now a charge on my credit card that is not authorized. Tempe Arizona
Now Communications came around the neighborhood offering big savings to switch to Direct TV. By the time I realized the actual deal, he had left There were 3 installers that quickly came afterwards. I did not look over their shoulders & later found they did not attach the wiring to the house, it was laying on the ground covered by grass & almost cut when mowing. Also, without approval or notification all my previous cables were cut & left on the ground & hanging out the walls. Now, months later I had a charge appear on my bank card. No name attached to it only a phone # & city/state. I looked it up & appears an unapproved charge of $5.99 was to Now Communications.
