NRG Fitness Centre Made me beleive i was signing a contract for a summer membership, but made me sign a years membership. Oshawa Ontario
I was a student at Ottawa University, home for the summer. I went to NRG (now body boomers) and asked for a summer membership while I was home. He gave me all the details on the summer membership, he knew I was going back to school and I was a broke student, made me beleive I was signing for a summer gym membership, but I actually signed a years membership. He went over the details, making me beleive everything was true for a summer membership. Now I am living on my own, broke student, no parents and I have to pay them $360.00 for no reason, when I haven't been to the gym in over a year!
