You would sue too if insulation installers permanently damaged HVAC in heat of summer! Insurance company offered $1500, when entire HVAC not working! BEWARE! Ripoff extradinaire! Very defensive position!!! Admission of GUILT!

Used nickname; big deal! Suzanne Glorioso never denied accuracy of ripoff; hired migrant seasonal worker who did not pay taxes in 2011. None of the owners or employees of NRG Star Insulation are CERTIFIED spray foam installers! BEWARE!

Golriosos did not deny hiring migrant seasonal worker, who did not pay taxes! Gloriosos did not deny they permanenetly ruined my HVAC system! BEWARE: you have been warned!

Her name is Vera Stern not Lynn. Please Google the Dallas District Civil Court and search for Vera Stern. You will see where she sued us but the lawsuit was thrown out for no evidence and she is supposed to reimburse us for the frivolous lawsuit. She's upset that she lost and that's why she's writing these lies and this complaint. Against my wishes my insurance company offered to reimburse her for the HVAC repairs to eliminate 2 years of legal costs, however, Vera wanted over $100,000. She filed 3 lawsuits that day. Hum.
