Following the way that I did in my first report, I rec'vd full credit to my account no more then 2 days after I requested the cancellation and full re-imbursement. The person on the phone was polite and helpful and did not lie when he said the money would be re-credited with 72 hours. Good Luck! for the rest of you, hope it all fares better. I tried to get my Credit Union to help me as later reports have mentioned, by my Credit Union would not get involved and stated I should cancel the card and re-apply. So Again, Good Luck.
