Thanks to the Ripoff Report NSS Magazine refunded my $119 within 3 business days - they were very polite about it. Connecticut
I called 1-800-382-5210 based on others comments here on this site and the woman was very polite about refunding my 3 subscription costs. Since my credit card never had a phone number appear, I was thankful to find this site.
The woman told me it might take a couple of billing cycles to see the credit, but I saw it within 3 days online.
Thanks for all the info. posted here - I need that $119!
