Well here goes, I work for a credit card company and I handle these "NSS" charges. I recieve about 150 complaints a day from customers who have tried to remove these charges, they all report the same thing; a recording that gets them nowhere. Some customers even go as far as cancelling thier accounts with the credit card company. It's not the credit card company. It is "NSS", my best advice for you(the victim)is to call your credit card company and have them removed. However it doesn't always work. Two weeks ago I recieved complaints that "NSS" wasn't removing all the charges. In some cases "NSS" was just removing some of the charges ie: if you had three subscriptions they would only take off two. If you keep complaining to your credit card company they will help. Report "NSS". A year ago I had phone call offering me three magazines subscriptions and I accepted, fortunately I closed my credit card shortly after so I was never a victim to these unlawful charges. Report "NSS" to the BBB and any other organization that will help.
