I worked for the company new sub services for over a year before I went away to college. You do realize that when you finally do get through the automated system you are generally talking to highschool and college kids working afterschool jobs, so take it easy on them.(by the way if you want to get through it immediately, just press 0 on your phone.)They deal with every problem you could possibly have 150 times a day, so there is no need to get exasperated. For the most part they are trying to help and are better able to do so if you remain calm. There is no reason that you cannot get a refund of EVERYTHING you are entitled to. Keep in mind, what NNS does IS legal, even if it is only barely. They have to refund everything for you if you had "ordered" it within five months. Remember, this does include leaving a box checked when ordering something online. And for god's sake...if you start getting a magazine for "no reason" there is actually a reason for it. Find out where it is from.
